The Pan-East Sea Industry Research Institute, a foundation, was established to comprehensively and systematically support and foster marine industries such as marine biotechnology, marine energy, marine environment, advanced aquaculture, and marine culture, with the goal of creating new growth engines for the Pan-East Sea region.
